If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 30-Day Returns - You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. - Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. Hygiene Items - For health and hygiene reasons, breast pads and other intimate products cannot be returned unless faulty. How to Return 1. Email us at info@vshoppe.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. 2. We'll reply with simple return instructions. 3. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. Faulty or Incorrect Items - If your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right at no cost to you. Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act are not affected by this policy.
